About Mulligans
Local People, Proper Work
We're not a faceless national company. We're a family run business who take pride in every job we do across North Cornwall.
Our Story
Built on Trust, One Job at a Time
Mulligans started with a simple idea: give Cornwall homeowners a reliable, honest maintenance service they could actually count on. No call centres, no subcontractors you've never met, no inflated quotes.
We've grown steadily through word of mouth — which tells you everything about how we work. Our customers come back to us time and again, and they recommend us to their friends and family. That's the only marketing we've ever needed.
Today we cover the full range of home maintenance and gardening across North Cornwall, from Bude to Newquay and everywhere in between. Same values, same standards, every single job

We show up when we say we will. If something changes, we'll let you know — not leave you waiting.

Quality
We take pride in our work. Every job is finished properly — not just done and dusted.
Local Knowledge
We know Cornwall's climate, its properties, and its people. That experience makes a real difference.
